The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and at least one major European language, preferably French, German, or Italian. This role is perfect for a travel-ready individual, as it involves at least 50% travel, primarily focusing on the Central European market.

Key Responsibilities: Multilingual Sales Representative
- Deliver exceptional customer service while generating revenue and achieving up-selling targets across central European markets.
- Engage with potential leads to identify optimal offerings, conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collect and report essential market intelligence from detailed trip reports.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts by analyzing the latest market and product trends.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, resolving any arising issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Effectively manage and nurture opportunities within the CRM pipeline.
Education and Experience: Multilingual Sales Representative
- Minimum educational requirement: GCSE or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a preference for B2B environments.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, with at least one major European language.
