The Role: 
As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our Continuous Improvement Team. Your analytical skills and critical thinking abilities will be essential as you work to enhance operational performance and drive efficiencies throughout the organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to Luxfer’s long-term success.


What You'll Be Doing: Data Analyst
  • Utilize your analytical prowess to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Working with the Manufacturing Team to create tools to capture relevant data using Microsoft PowerApps
  • Creating Microsoft PowerBI reports to visualise data and automate reporting
  • Ensuring all production data is accurate and up to date in the SAP ERP system and other databases
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit: Data Analyst
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Maths or a Physical Science).
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, SQL, Microsoft Power BI or Microsoft PowerApps).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • A track record of turning data into actionable insights.
  • A self-starter who thrives under pressure, boasting impeccable time management skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes (especially Metallurgy or Chemistry) would be a bonus but is not required
